- Avebury Avenue 8:15 – 9:05 am & 3:05 – 3:45 pm
Are you a parent or guardian who currently escorts your child/children to and from school each day? Have you ever considered that by dedicating around forty minutes of your time twice a day, you could help to make the routes to and from school safer for our school children by helping them to cross the road, and be paid whilst doing this?
There is currently a vacancy for a school crossing patrol at our School and Leicester City Council urgently requires your help to fill this post. We offer the following:
- £7.43 per hour however as Leicester City Council is committed to paying a living wage you will be paid £7.85 per hour for standard working hours (subject to review).
- Full training provided
- Summer and Winter uniform provided
- Pay throughout the year
Leicester City Council relies on the local community to come forward and assist in the recruitment of school crossing patrols and we are now appealing directly for someone who is reliable and conscientious, who would be prepared to take on this rewarding role.

Harvest Festival

Smallman and Sons
Fri 25 Sep 2015Over the summer holidays, we had a lot of work done internally on our toilets. Our Year 6 pupils wrote to the builders to thank them for the wonderful job they had done
We have received a letter back from the builders (which you can see below), thanking the pupils for their honesty and fantastic writing.
They have also added the letters to their website and facebook page.

Saturday School Returns
Mon 21 Sep 2015We are excited to inform you that due to popular demand our Saturday School, Energise, is back and even better than ever!
If you are interested in your child/children attending Energise, please complete and return the booking form to the school’s reception, with your payment by Tuesday 22nd September 2015, to confirm your child’s place. Each session is charged at £7. Therefore if your child wants to attend 2 sessions, it would cost £14 (2 x £7) whereas 4 sessions will cost £28 (4 x £7).
