Parent Mail Survey

As a school we are looking into the possibility of a better way to communicate with everyone. We have looked into a solution that will allow information to be sent to all parents & carers via their computers, tablets or smartphones. (There is an app that is free to download that lets you know when items relevant to you have been sent out).

The system will allow for the following sorts of items to be sent directly to parents & carers to allow for a faster and smoother communication line between the school and yourselves:

  • Letters – both trip and events in class

  • After school clubs - letters and information including cancellations

  • Trips - up to date information on late arrivals or consent

  • Dinner Money - reminders to pay or outstanding money owed

  • News - up to date news and newsletters

  • Attendance - messages can be sent to you regarding pupil absences
